2003 6.0l loud squeal comming from turbo area help!

Ok just replaced my hpop and was going for a test drive made it to the end of my driveway and heard this crazy squealing. Pulled it in the garage and shut it off. Started it for this video and this is what happend. I found what looks to be an exhuast gasket on top of my trans. Could it be from a leak from there? Or are the bellows shot on my up or y pipe? Turbo about to blow? Any help would be great. Going to start pulling and inspecting things tomorrow.

Did you loosen the u-pipe at the exhaust manifold on both sides before you reattached it to the turbo? If not, I could almost assure you that one of the bellows in the u-pipe are cracked. The u-pipes are a pita to get lined up on the turbo.

If that gasket is a flat metal round piece it goes between the EGR cooler and down pipe to the exhaust pipeing.

As stated improper alignment of the flanges is the biggest culprit and can't be drawn in by the clamp.
