Heater not working......?

2003 Excursion, I just changed the coolant, water pump, fan clutch, thermostat, new radiator cap and added a coolant filter to it. My temps are all just fine and working great. But this morning I needed some heat and went to turn on the heater and no heat?!

I did just buy this rig and the heat was working but now nada!

Im new to fords so I dont know where to start any help would be great thanks!

Figured it out! There was a wiring harness that slipped behind the heater core valve and wouldnt let it open. Moved it and it worked! Just gotta tire it out of the way now.

Good find cause if that valve don't open no water flows thru the heatercore, thus no heat.

Lord I shall lead them to the water but I will not try to make them drink
