Help please!!! 2006 ford f-250 6.0

I wanna start by say hi to every one!!! I have one pain in the *** problem with a 2006 f-250 6.0. I have tried almost everything, the motor has been rebuilt and pulled out twice and checked for leaks and every seems fine. Injectors, pumps everything. And the same problem is still there. The truck starts fine cold stays on but after 15 20 min you shut the key off and try to start it again it won't start, cranks fine and picks up pressure but won't start. I think it's something electrical or my computer but I was wondering if anybody on this forum has run into the same problem. Any help would be appreciated. The truck is going on 8 months at the shop already

Do you have anyway to monitor your truck? I had similar problem truck was running fine and shut it down with no restart. Had good fuel pressure, oil pressure but no start. Found I wasn't getting sync to PCM. After beating my head against the wall and shaking wiring harnesses she started. Everything was good oil and fuel pressures FICM and battery voltages good. Shut her down to and tried to restart no start. Shook harness on driver side and she re-fired. While running re-shook wiring harness on driver side and pulled a code for Cam Positioning sensor low. Traced wiring and found where the shielded cable was spliced together to the sensor plug was shorted together. Took a new piece of shielded cable and replaced cable. Soldered and heat shrinked ends problem is now gone. The connections were previously just taped with no heat shrink. Don't know if that's your problem but worth checking on due to vibration that wiring harness gets pretty beat up. Good luck
