FICM/Oil Cooler Failure? Help

I just received my Dashboss yesterday and got it hooked up, My Ficm voltage at idle is between 47-48v but when I am running down the road it drops to 36-38v, from what I have read, I think I need to have it repaired?
I also show my ECT at 180 and even in 47 degree weather at 70mph after 20 miles it does not raise at all, my EOT is running at 220, I know my delta's are off but is it a bad thermostat or oil cooler going bad? Any imput would be appreciated. Its a 2004 f-250 CCSB SRW with EGR delete and blue spring mod.

Your correct on all 3 issues, get the FICM repaired, a new thermostat, and the oil cooler is showing its inefficiency.

Well ordered a exchange ficm from ed at ficm.com on Saturday so hope to see that soon, ordered a new cooler, turbo bolt/gasket kit, and exhaust manifold gaskets. Anyone have suggestions on what else I will need.
