Hiccup? Need some input

I'm on a trip towing my 5th wheel x-country, moving actually. Started noticing a little hiccup, under load, if I let the rpms drop while going up an incline. If I putthe throttle down it goes right away. Only one or two little hiccups and too fast to catch on my monitor. Truck did not do it w/o the trailer. Otherwise thing is running fantastic. I read an old thread where someone had the same problem and is possibly vgt actuator and oil line. Need some thoughts here. Thanks in advance...

Just cleaned EGR valve. No codes being thrown. Thought it was the trans or the trailer bucking but it's not that. Kinda difficult to figure out cause its hard to reproduce. Also installed BPD EGR cooler and cleaned the intake.
