HELP

I just replaced the transmission in my 03 f250 6.0. It sat for about 2 weeks with trying to replace it and working. I got everything together went to start it and nothing. I took the batteries out to get tested and they were fine under 2 years old also. I looked around and didn't see anything that was disconnected so not sure what else it can be.
The batteries were disconnected. Is there something that I need to do to "prep" it before start?

After a few days of messing with it to try to get it going I'm still at the same point. I don't get anything out of the started. I took the batteries again to make sure they were ok and one was 66% charged and the other was fine. Had it charged and tried it again and nothing. Is there a fuseable link somewhere between the starter and the battery? Anything need some suggestions.

There are some fuseable links. I don't remember for sure but I think they come off the positive wire from the passenger side battery. If that's not right, I'll check mine tomorrow for you.
