Low on power and terrible mileage after Rev X Booster?
I recently noticed a dramatic loss of power, and terrible MPG. I just had my turbo replaced with the Garret powermax about a month ago, fresh oil change, fresh fuel filters, clean air filter. The only thing that I did do weas add some Rev X Booster in the previous tank. Is it possible this has affected something in the fuel system negatively? My last tank I netted about 10mpg driving freeway.
Assuming it's just a coincidence, what are the next logical steps to diagnose? Currently there are no codes, FICM is 48.5-50 volts via my SCT Livewire. Batteries are 13.5v, engine coolant temp and oil temp never see more than 8-10 degree delta. What else should I be monitoring to help narrow down the issue? At this point, if I have a stock tune in, I have to mash the peddle just to get to a reasonable cruising speed on the freeway unloaded.
