Replace Injector Seals?

I'm having an occasional hard start, and I definately have a stiction issue. I'm going to do some injector/oil rail maintenance in the next week or two and I'm looking for some advice as I get ready.

I'm going to pull the injectors and replace the o-rings and copper washers, pull the spool valves and clean them with 600 grit to get rid of stiction, and replace standpipes and dummy plugs.

My question:
Should I replace the injector seals too? I haven't heard of them going bad, and I know sometimes pulling everything apart I can cause more problems than I started with.

Any advice is much appreciated!

I'll keep you all posted as to whether or not this solves my occasional hard start problem.

Clarification

Should have been more clear...

The seals I am wondering if I should replace are the high pressure oil seals for the injector. Here's a picture:

I'm talking about the seal labeled "B" in the second image.

Thanks!

A few years ago it was nearly impossible to get those seals. If they look damaged (abrasions, cracks or lines) replace them. It isn't absolutely required, but if you got them, why not freshen them all up.

Thanks Twicebergs By the way I'm taking a cue from the link in your signature to clean my spool valves. Thanks for posting that, it's what finally got me off my duff.

By the way, I can't get that sucker to play from your link. But I got enough info to go find it on YouTube.

Take Care
