Why do I have to push the gas pedal to start my truck??!?

I have a 03 f250 that just had icp/ipr replaced as well as injectors.. it ran fin for a couple of weeks but now it wont start unless I give it a little throttle? Please help turning into a large headache!

I checked the oil today seemed fine.. did smell a little diesel

Diesel in the oil?? If so I'd say your injectors are leaking
