6.0 hypochondriac?

Hey Everyone.... This is my first post but I thought I would start out by seeking some advise. I have an 04 F250 Diesel CC SB with 95K. I have had it about 6 months with only 10K of my own miles on it. Since I've owned it I have replaced 8 injectors, 8 gp, 2 gp harnesses, resealed the entire motor from oil leaks, rebuilt the turbo, replaced both UP pipes and rebuilt the entire front end. Not to mention brakes and tires and everything else that comes along with a used truck.

Heres my question. Now I'm getting a clunk coming from the drive train at low speeds, gear doesn't seem to matter but mostly 1-2 and 2-3. And just the other day while in High Idle its started this "surging". I'm at the end of my wallet and wits end with this truck.....any advice?

Id like to keep this truck for a long time coming but I can't have it in the shop every 3 months!!

I have a 04 f350 with 147k on it. The transmission in low speeds such as in gears 1 and 2 will attimes make a clunking noise. Ive never thought anything of it as it still shifts and drives good. The surging your talking about my truck does the same when ideling at times. Ive honestly never thougbt anything of it becausw the truck runs amd drives great. Id just ignore it. If it was somthing serious a light would pop up. Drive her till she dies and honorable death I say.
