6.0 bucking and rough ideal

hey guys new here i got a 04 ccsb 4x4 6spd CS Edge tuner SB stage2 cold air intake stage 2 FICM. its been having this surging or bucking problem and been having rough ideal at random times but it only happens when the truck is worm. runs like a dream when cold. need help. do have a little video if that helps



hope yall can hear it. will try to get a better one.

no codes come up on the edge and i got it scan and nothing came up.

I'd start by looking at your EGR valve, if you have one still. If so, it may need cleaning. Possibly sticking.

well i cleaned the EGR valve today. it was dirty but ive seen worst ones. i cleaned it up and put it back in the truck. and i also put new fuel filter on it. and it still surging and rough ideal.

does it start immediately when warm or does crank for a while? what is your icp pressure at idle?

yea it normally starts right up when worm and im not sure what the pressure is but when its cold the icp voltage is 1.5 and when worm and driving down the road the icp voltage is hanging around 1 to 1.3.

Seem to be having the same issue as I had. Mine would also at stop surge and have a loss of power.
Whenever I would clean the EGR Valve it would sometimes fix the problem for a few hundred miles or so... but sometimes it wouldnt help.
Anyway it ended up taking it in and they replaced the EGR Valve and the ICP Sensor, been running well ever since

i just bought a new ICP sensor will be here on monday. ill probly clean the EGR valve again just to be share. then if its still surging and rough idel. im just going to take it some where and let them deal with it. dont really want to do that because i dont really have the money but im tired of messin with this thing. the truck has been doing this for 3 months.
