Oil Screen missing pieces!!????

Ok im doing my head studs on my 6.0 and the little screen below the oil cooler is is missing two sections of the screen, I found the one piece but the other is MIA, I have new heads, Diesel Site billit HPOP, new IPR valve, new oil cooler and HPOP cross over pipe, all getting put on but i want to make sure i dont hurt my new HPOP if that piece of screen gets sucked in it, if i clean everything out good should i be ok?
