Coolant and degas bottle

Okay so I was messin around under the hood of my 07 6.0 and looked at the degas bottle. It looks like the coolant might be low. Right under the cap is a yellow sticker that's says max - min fill line and the level of mine is no where near that mine looks low it's al the way down in the back of the bottle. I have a scanner and the deltas seem fine always within 5 degrees. What should I do? Is this okay or do I need to fill it up. Or flush it?? How difficult is that? Let me know what y'all think
