New oil cooler?

Ok so I've got an 06 F250 CCLB with 98k. I have a coolant filter and scan gauge ii. I've been watching my deltas and noticed my ect temp nevers get above 173. That's 70-80 mph on the highway. My eot is usually around 180-185. I know its not the 15 degrees difference but should I think about getting an oil cooler? That doesn't seem high for oil temp but shouldnt my coolant at least reach 180?

Your thermostat is stuck open. Should be at least 188-190

With a Ford part? If so, there's a 12 mo/12k warranty on it.
