New owner of 06 250 Powerstroke

Hey guys, tried finding my other post from the other day but can't any option to find posts youve created or responding to???

Otherwise, got a problem. As Ive been running my 5 day old used truck, I just started getting a noise similar to the timing belt. When I accelerate very lightly, no noise, but once my pedal goes down it sounds like an old belt. Im new to this type of turbo engine, could it be something else? Whats the consensus out there?

Also been reading alot about the violent shakes when you hit a large bump etec.

Anyone ever try correcting that?
