04 excursion electrical problem

My ex has lost power to the interment cluster no gauges move. It also lost power to drivers power seat the heater works though. The radio doesn't work dome light and automatic headlights don't either. I have checked fuses all seem to be fine. The driver seat quit working i pulled it out and checked for power about 2 months ago and it had power put it back in and it has worked fine. 2 weeks ago it blew the bra parking lights fuse and the turn signal and parking lights stopped working then when i replaced the parking light fuse it all started working fine again. Any ideas on this stuff? What cause it this time is she turned the key on and the glow plugs came on and she pushed her memory seat button and it all stopped working.
