Need help on oil cooler egr delete and coolant flush

Have an 05 f250 6.0 113k. My egr cooler went out and the truck was hydrolocked well now all that is taken care of I've got it all torn down and ever delete installed. My main question is when I refill with oil should I do it normal or through the oil filter housing? Also my truck has not been started since it was hydrolocked so what's the best way to do the coolant flush because when I get it back together it will have new oil cooler and full egr delete. I had green coolant in it but was told not to use it so I was recommended dexcool. Just trying to make sure I refill everything right and don't clog my new oil cooler.

just fill the oil like normal , run the truck a minute and recheck the level and refill as needed.need to get that green out of that engine , dont use dexcool either , find someone near that carries the elc red coolant , and flush the system out good refill with the red and you should be fine
