Oil in coolant res/ Chocolate milk oil

I have an 06 f250 with 86k on it. Headstuds were done at 58k along with new egr cooler as truck was still under warranty and dealer would not put in EGR delete. Noticed my truck hasnt been running right. (Just sounds differnt to me at idle) Was throwing a code for the Ebp sensor but that went away. No other codes. Checked my oil dipstick and it doesnt look how the oil should. Also there is some oil in my coolant bottle. What does this sound like? Headstuds AGAIN? Oil cooler? Both? Thanks in advance.

You either blew the oil cooler or the front cover has a leak. Cavitation/electrolisis could eat a hole in the cover behind the waterpump.
