The Wheel Bearing Assembly and the Hub Assembly are two different things.

When you order or go buy wheel bearing assembly you get the wheelbearing unit. Which is around 340 dollars each depending on where you go.

When you order or go buy a hub assembly you get just that the hub assembly. Wether you get aftermarket hubs from warn, mile marker, super winch, or some other company. Or if you go the dealer and buy the factory hub assembly that allows you to keep the auto locking/manual locking hubs.

Two different parts of the front axle.

You can leave your hubs locked in? I thought that this would mess something up.

I had the same thing on my '04 F-350. Found it to be the Drag Link. THe bolt in the frame side is supposed to be torqed to something like 140 ft lbs. You need a torque converter for this and if they don't have one, then this might be at 100 and you turn, lean or bump, and you get a clunk. Have them check the washer too on this drag link bolt. It is supposed to be an offcenter washer to assist holding the bolt in place. But Ford's replacement bolts and washer for this are std washers allowing clunk.
