Where does this wire goooooo?????

I have had my truck in pieces for months. I just about have it all back together and cant remember or see in my pics where it goes. It looks like a ground wire that is on the pass side firewall and goes to???????

Was the right head removed from the engine? If so that is the ground strap that connects to the back of the head.

does it go to the valve cover assembly or to the actual head. do you have a picture by any chance?
