05 6.0 cold start issues PLEASE HELP!!!

I have an 05 6.0 170000 mi have had 25k in engine work since it went out of warranty, it has recently been to ford for hard to start issues, every time they say they can't find anything wrong, it's had new ficm new ipr and new icp still not any better, it will start and idle rough until my h and s tuner reads 140 degrees coolant temp, also the tranny is starting to make almost a torque converter grinding noise when it warms up and I can guarantee when the tranny starts to make the weird noise the engine will idle rough, people I've talked to about the noise says sounds like the torque converter is staying locked causing inconsistent pressure on the engine, also lol the tranny since I've had the truck flares into fourth gear...torque converter? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am now trying the Walmart super tech 2 cycle oil instead of the grey power service vegans boost

Sounds like you got two issues going on. For the rough start you may have injector stiction. Make sure you are using motorcraft filters with a high quality oil, alot of us use rotella t6. Rev-x or archoil may help with stiction. It's an additive for the engine oil. You really need a monitor for us to help much more. Read the stickies. The ccv mod reroutes the ccv to atmosphere. The hpop is the high pressure oil pump that supplies the injectors with oil.

The only thing I have is the h and s tuner it will tell me Ipw fuel pressure all that good stuff but not like a scan tool that I've been reading about I've been using Amsoil with wix filters but I haven't seen a lot of the guys here using Amsoil it has been throwing a code for the cam shaft position sensor but the dude at ford that isn't anything to worry about, true or untrue? So I guess tell me what info y'all need and ill get it

Also checked ficm ( replaced once already) dead on 48 volts,two new batteries and alternator, have read that bad batteries kills ficm and dead ficm kills injectors,if its injectors how do I positively diagnose them, also tranny temp on tuner never exceeds 100*f usually around 60 to 70* maybe something there? And egr has been deleted with sinister diesel the front engine cover and from oil pump (gear assembly) was replaced two months ago due to coolant corrosion

You need to get rid of the wix filter and cap, immediately. Go to walmart and buy a motorcraft filter, and get an oem cap from the dealer. Read up on the stickies too. It would help if you could read, ficm v cold, batts cranking cold / running, icp pressure, coolant temp warmed up, trans temp, and pull codes.

I believe it's 9100, you want the oil treatment, most guys say the archoil is worth it for the price compared to rev-x price. There are tons of threads on both.
