Transmission line connection into radiator....

Changed out my external tranny filter today, hadn't been done, had fluid drain and fill, but filter wasn't changed about 10k ago I forgot about it. I noticed the lines entering the radiator seem to be very slightly weeping due to rusting driver side more so, gotta love New England! What does it take to replace them, I can see where they go to flex lines but need to know what I'll need to change them out. Also I notice on occassion the tranny seems to delay from three to four shift, like a flare very mild. Not all the time and I can't make it happen. When wot I notice it hardly ever. Seems more prominent under light throttle. Any ideas? It's 06 with 70k 4inch turbo back, atlas 40 nothing else.
