Somewhat new here so bear with me. I know the voltage should be between 47.5 and 48.5 for the FICM. I noticed the other day it dipped to 45.5 and 46 the other day when driving. Is it time to replace? Thanks much.

Replace or repair. Earlier the better before you loose injectors.

2006 built 05/05 XLT CC DRW PSD. Captain chairs, sunroof, polished aluminum wheels, 6speed, manual 4x4. 285K miles with 130K problem free miles on new engine.

I agree. Mine hit 45.5 the other day... Perfect excuse to order BPD's replacement.
