Somewhat new here so bear with me. I know the voltage should be between 47.5 and 48.5 for the FICM. I noticed the other day it dipped to 45.5 and 46 the other day when driving. Is it time to replace? Thanks much.

Replace or repair. Earlier the better before you loose injectors.
