Any red flags in this Oasis report?

2005 F-250 with 86,xxx miles, one owner, crew cab XLT. Thinking about the Ford ExtraCare (top level but one--covers listed items, but a long list) for $2,500, but truck is only $20,000.

Any suggestions?
