Cold start problem
My 04 F350 will start just fine if I plug in the heater if the temperature is below 40 degrees. If I don’t plug it in, it’s very hard to start and when it starts it sounds ruff till it warms up. If the temperature is above 40 degrees and I don’t plug it in, it starts but still sounds ruff. Could it need to be reflashed?
