Help Bad Noise before Cranking and after letting off throttle

Befor cranking my 2004 F250 i hear very wierd noise is sounds like someone spinnig something or something is hitting something! Also it does it when i get on the throttle hard so the turbo kicks in and as soon as i let off the throttle it sounds like something rubbing or soemthin like that! It come from the driver side of the motor? I sounds like the same noise it makes when i did the programmer on it and it was reading it! But i dont have the programmer on it anymore! So what is it and how can fix it please help me!

I'm not a tech but I'll bump this up so the smart guys can see it and give you some ideas.
When you say before cranking, you mean you turn the key forward to ON and that's when you hear the noise? And is that's the same noise you here when you get on it?

I also just started to have this problem with my truck. When I let off the throttle I hear a similar sound coming from the driver's side. Any help would be great.

well i heard 3 different theories to what it was! I heard that it could be bad injectors, the intake, or the fan in the turbo! After i took it to the ford place had it checked out it was the injectors were messed up and something about the back pressure! So they bought the truck back from me and i got a different truck b/c it was the third time in the shop in two weeks!Does that help?

Not sure on the start end, but I've been getting a 'buzz' in the 1700RPM range, but only after I had driven for 10 or so miles. Ended up letting everything cool off, crawled under the truck, and the only thing I found that could cause it was the heat shield as I could wiggle it a bunch. I repositioned the clamp on the pasenger side (it was still loose, but not as much). Well that virtually eliminated the 'buzz'. It still does it, but I need to find some heat resistant material to wedge between the heat shield and firewall in a couple places to firm the whole thing up.
