HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This morning it was 8* outside. coldest night we had in 2 years here in kentucky. I went out to start the truck and everything seemed normal. I started cranking and the motor caught on but i didnt stay on the key long enough so it died. When i went to try to start it again i just heard a bunch of clicks and it wouldnt even turn over! Also, the gauges started going crazy and my radio switched fro FM to AM radio without me touching it! I scanned for codes on my SCT and got "Fuel Injector Controll Module Performance" code. I know what the FICM is and what it does but i don't understand why it was causing all my electrical compponents to go crazy and the motor not to turn over. Please help me because i am confused!

Re: HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Load test your batteries, they are likely junk, and perform the ficm check procedure. What are your batt voltages, and ficm voltages cranking? Bad batteries kill ficms, quick.
Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get. |
