Friends 06 PS turns over several times before it cranks.Other than that runs fine.Is this normal for a 6.0??

Has 93k miles

Has it had the latest pcm flash from Ford?
If not, take it in and do that.

If your not sure then it probably hasn't been done. How long have you owned it?
I think it should be warrantied.
This latest program is set up to help with cold starts by throughing higher voltage to the injectors upon start up and it has really helped alot of 6 ohs.
