My boss has a 6 leaker and it has probably the roughest idle iv ever heard in my life when it starts cold. after it warms up it runs fine. would that be glow plugs injectors or ipr valve. iv never owned a 6.0 and this is why. i have 6.7 and a 7.3 but anyways any help would be appreciated

More than likely injectors - sounds like more than 1. However, need to check the FICM voltage as well, just in case it was electrical. Glow plugs would throw codes and CEL.
