'05 6.0L Won't restart!

It is now 10pm in the Middle East, Iraq to be exact. We started the truck to leave and was heading out. Had to back up and get something from the shop, driver shut the truck off, we waited about 15mins(coolant temp was barely warm)before refiring the truck back up to leave. Only to find out it would not start! Background on truck; has NEVER had the oil changed, was told BECAUSE we have NO filters. I am not sure of the mileage, so I couldn't guess at it(does it really matter now!), F250. Has seen the CHECK eng light on several times, when I asked about it he says, yea, it off & on a lot-duh! But idles smooth when the ck light is off. Parts are very hard to get here and takes weeks if not months to get here. We do not have a scan tool, only basic hand tools & a digital VOHMeter. I do not know anything about this eng,
I am ASE master cert auto & truck. I have browsed this forum and have an idea that the HPOP may be the problem, I do not have ALL the resources to do my homework and I am relying on others for help.

on an 05 model its probably the HPOP which means your screwed untill you get a new one.
Check the oil level though and make sure its full. Change that dang oil - filters or not - put new oil in it!
