Intermittent Low Boost with High EGT's??

Have an 05 6.0 egr delete, mbrp 4in TB, and run sct with SRL tune. In the last few months when towing 24ft enclosed trailer the boost on my truck will drop to like 2-8lbs at most and my EGT's will go to 1000,1100,1200 during this time. I usually go in and out of the throttle to keep egt's down and at some point the boost will go back to normal 18-22lbs and egt's back around 700-850. Sometimes it takes numerous times in and out of the gas for it to go back to normal and sometimes immediately. Also mainly does it when im merging onto the interstate or passing someone and getting down on the throttle. Throwing no codes. Any suggestions??
