Stumble at idle after oil change

I just changed my oil and filter after 5000 miles running t6 5w-40. Put 14 quarts in fired it up check my levels and I was good. 30 minutes after driving at a stoplight I notice a slight stumble. Is there any coincidence that this happens right after my oil change? I have had no hard starting issues before or now, I planned on doing rev x with this oil change for preventative measures anyway it will be here in two days.... Is it an injector for sure?

Mine has just a lil bump in rpm at idle AFTER just switching to t6. Idk what it is.

I always ran T6 and motorcraft filters, this is the first time with the miss, stumble, or bump at idle. The mailman dropped of my rev x and I just added it I'm letting it idle for 20 minutes and I'll update once I run her around town a little.
