2004 hard start after upgrades

Just finished oil cooler, egr cooler, head studs, stand pipes, dummy plugs etc. The truck started after alot of cranking which I expected but, each time I turn the truck off and go to restart it is very hard to start, takes alot of grinding on the starter approx. 15 seconds each time. Is it possible that their is alot of air still trapped inside the HPOP system that would cause this? I also installed the blue spring upgrade and really don't think that is what the problem is, any help is appreciated.

Yes there is alot of air, run it, check your guages, check for leaks. Run the hell out of it.
