Coolant leak

I just got this truck a few weeks ago and noticed there was no coolant at all in the tank, so I poured a gallon in and the next day it was dripping all over the ground. I asked the previous owner about the coolant and he said it never leaked before but he did replace the egr valve and rebuilt the turbo put new inner cooler couplers and a few other things so he drained the tank and took it off. I've Been trying to find out where the leak is but I can't really get too far under the truck because its lowered but i can see a good amount on the oil pan and on top of the oil pan but nowhere else I may just bring it to a shop but I'd like to fix it myself. Any ideas?

Pretty common to leak from the small hose that connects the EGR cooler to oil cooler housing, especially if it is the orange hose.

Can it be fixed without tearing half the engine apart?

If it is is that hose then the turbo has to come out to get to it.

Ok thanks, I just purchased a new oil cooler and an egr delete so I guess I'll have it done then. Do you know how much coolant this thing holds? It only leaks when it's running now, when I first filled it up it constantly leaked till the tank was empty

I'm not sure on the amount but when you fill the system, the new Full mark is 1/4" below the minimum mark on the degas bottle per a Ford TSB.

It took me 3.5 gal to refill after flushing with distilled water, and using the block drain. Iirc it's around 7 gal total.

Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get.

Unfortunately had to Sell my ......2004 KR CC SWB FX4 - Edge insight cts, blue spring upgrade, updated HFCM drain plug, XDP coolant filter, CAT EC-1 rated coolant, Custom Diesel EGR delete, CAT delete, Rotella T6

OK I found my leak its coming from the rear of the intake manifold. What does this mean? will it be alot of $$$$ and can it easier to be done while the egr delete and oil cooler are being replaced?

When this hose leaks, it tends to run right off the back passenger side of the motor. You might still be leaking here: (blue hose)
