06 f250 6.0 idle problem. need help!!!

hi. i'm new with diesel truck. the truck have around 5 seconds rough idle and them 5 second smooths out continuously. and blows a little white smoke during the 5seconds idle. plus throw 3 code: p0303( cylinder 3 misfire deteted), p0300 (generic random misfire) and p0562 ( generic system voltage low). i replaced 2 new battery and p0562 is gone. plus i replaced the injector #3 and new ficm and the truck still have the problem. i will appreciate any help and comments. thanks.

Check your fuel filters, fuel pressure, and pull your egr look for moisture in the intake. What year is your truck?
