could be a loose power wire or ground or defective dimmer switch.

Noting loose but will try the switch. Someone told me it could be the glow plugs kicking on and off. Truck isn't use to cold weather I live in south florida and I went to ms in it.

Are they the door open lights? Could be the door sensor.. I had that problem in my truck sprayed some wd40 on the black plunger on all the doors and it went away within a few slams of the door. If your not hearing a chime it could be the delay relay for interior accessories, just tryin to throw some ideas your way
