Need some ideas please

I have an 03 6.0 fx4 dually with 153,000 miles i just changed the fluids in the engine and transmission all new filters. But the problem I am having and not sure if its normal or a sign of things to come is that no matter if its a cold start or if I been driving for a while whenever I shut it off even if its cooled down for an hour I have to let it warm up for about 20 to 30 minutes before i can take off because either it take high rpms to shift or it will barely move on first then take forever to shift but when it's at wot it runs strong and shifts normally this is just turning into an annoyance wherever I go if my stay is over an hour I don't want to shut it off. I have no starting troubles at all no smoking and nothing else that ican find as well as no codes anybody got ideas I sure would appreciate them

You may want to take it by a transmission shop and have them check it out.

You are from port Arthur? I am from south Houston. Do you know of any good places to take my baby near our areas because I just moved here in November and I sure would appreciate the info.
