Very hard start....and leaking oil

I have a 2003 f250 6.0 with 130XXX mi and just recentley I have been having issues with starting.. the only way it will start is if I put the pedal to the floor and it fires up and puffs black smoke. It also leaks oil out of a small spot in the back of the engine. no real power issues... has a loping idle when it is in high idle mode. ICP? FCIM? I know before I bought it they had just replaced the HPOP!

You need a monitor. Sounds like icp leaking. Pigtails are prone to failure on the 03 also. Load test your batteries, and perform ficm check procedure.

Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get.
