Power Steering Whine/groan...

So a while back my trucks hydroboost was leaking so i had it replaced under my extended warranty. Then a few days later it was leaking ATF fluild turns out it was a bad line on the power steering pump. Had that replaced as well. No the leaking hose drained my reservoir and I drove to the dealer 3-4 miles with no power steering fluid. They changed the hose and refilled the fluid but now my get a whine/groan idling and when I turn the wheel or put the brake pedal to the floor it gets even louder. brakes and steering work fine and but I have this noise. I did jack up the front end and turn the wheel back and forth all the way with the cap off trying to maybe get some air out but nothing seemed to change. So my question is what do you think is making the noise and if everything works right is it worth changing?
