P0500 .......sensor readings? OHMS?

Still havent fixed this BS, ready to burn truck to the effin ground. Replaced rear VSS, rear output shaft sensor, inspected wiring from VSS to big plug under hood at battery. Code still present no speedo and ABS light is on. Oddly enough filled up my tank yesterday and fuel tank guage never moved, as truck warmed up is finally started goin up and eventually started working. So I dont think its the cluster because its still throwing the code. What are the OHM readings suppose to be at the sensor so I can make sure I didnt get a faulty new VSS? Im ticked off I cant figure this out, Im usually pretty good but Im lost on this one for a back yard mechanic anyway.

My tank guage does that from time to time, not sure about your vss. Sorry.
