"HAVING YOUR FICM CHECKED" IS NOT ALWAYS THE SAME AS YOU CHECKING IT CORRECTLY. YOU NEED A MONITOR. LOAD TEST YOUR BATTERIES AND PERFORM THE FICM CHECK PROCEDURE WHEN IT IS COLD. IT ALSO SOUNDS LIKE YOU MAY HAVE THE START OF A HPO LEAK. WITHOUT A MONITOR ALL THIS IS GUESSING.

BTW, it is not necessary to type in all caps........

Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get.

Unfortunately had to Sell my ......2004 KR CC SWB FX4 - Edge insight cts, blue spring upgrade, updated HFCM drain plug, XDP coolant filter, CAT EC-1 rated coolant, Custom Diesel EGR delete, CAT delete, Rotella T6

Yea, I was just jerkin your chain. Warm hard start is usually the start of stc, dummy plugs, and standpipes leaking, any or all three.
You need a monitor, you should be able to see all that.
