slow starts,no power till warmed up.....etc. Lots have replaced or rebuilt theirs.

Load test your batteries and perform ficm check procedure. Get a monitor on that truck.

I just replaced my FCIM with the BPD upgrade. It was pricey, but the install was easy (except for right side rear bolt!). I'm now running 58v, and the difference is noticeable. The customer service from BPD was excellent.
