ICP sensor reading circuit low

New to diesels and my check engine was reading it had a bed ICP sensor them it goes off but the truck isn't running like it should so.i have it checked again and it reads ICP sensor circuit low. Also my mpg have dropped a lot. Do i need a new ICP sensor or would it be something else?

Unplug it from the pass. side valve cover,see if it runs better,may just be cruddy pigtail. or could be an internal leak.

03 and early 04 the icp is under the turbo on the hpop pump cover. Which is probably why sinner wanted to know what year he had. The test is valid for either location.

It's a 05 I'll try unpluging and see if that helps and what do you mean by internal leak?

He means hpo leak, stc fitting, dummy plugs, standpipes. Common on 05 MY.

Ok I'm new to diesels and don't know what any of the things you mentioned are. Would any of these that you mentioned make it feel.like it's missing out

Go here and download the 6.0 coffee table book.........http://www.forddoctorsdts.com/

You really need a monitor, go to the top of each 6.0 section and read the stickies.
Those things may or may not cause a miss, a bad icp sensor will.
