Instrument Failure with TBC and Seat Heater Failure

I just put a new crate long block in my 05 F350 6.0 I basically replaced everything. Truck runs great but I've noticed something bad happening. I noticed the fuel gauge would stop working, and when I go down the road I get a TBC Fault then the speedo, tach, and temp gauge stop working. I was on a long trip so I kept driving and they all started working again mysteriously as though nothing had ever happened. I have the SCT dash scan so I knew the truck was running great. My seat heaters don't work and the lights for them don't even come on but they worked prior to the motor install....My dash vents aren't blowing out of the center vent also....Any chance the problems might have a connection?

Check your wireing harness pass-thru plug at the firewall and the instrument cluster main harness plug for damage and properly plugged in.

Instrument cluster could be bad, the 05 the Gem and instrument cluster module were integrated into the cluster. The Gem module controls in cab body functions, door locks windows; power seats etc.

The dash failure seems to have stopped. I had no trouble today. I plugged and cleaned the connections and plugged all that stuff back in. I was told the Vacuum Pump has an electrical connection to my seat heaters and they they are on the same relay. My vacuum pump isn't working and the seat heaters aren't working. I am looking for the HVAC relay does anybody know which one it is? I don't think my seats heaters are burned up bc the light does not light up on the seat when I press the button. Im very lost any help would greatly be appreciated.
