Building to much
My pickup is an 06, and started running a constant 20-30psi of boost at highway speeds. You can pull over and kill the engine. Start it back up and will run fine then all of the sudden start it again. Any ideas?

Turbo vanes are probably sticking in the fully open position or the vgt is not allowing it to close when not needed.

dannyboy950 is right, turbo vanes probably stuck. Maybe those videos will help you.
