Running bad Code p0284

hi started having problems yesterday on my 2003 f250 6.0 175,000 miles.
Had been runing good i did a hard acceleration to get on the freeway from 20mph to 80mph drove 2 miles to my house, once in the drive way i noticed the
truck idling rough, not smoking,
cold starts fine no smoke but idles and continues to run rough

Only show a code p0284 cylinder 8 contribution/balance fault

changed fuel filters (serviced every 5000 miles)
drained water seperator (drain every month)
changed oil and filter (serviced every 5000 miles)
Lucas or diesel kleen Fuel additive in every fill up



Last november did bulletproof kit
Egr delete, ARP head studs,new oil cooler, new FICM, New ICP

Welcome, sounds like the same thing that my truck did........Why you shouldn't drive around with injector codes!
