P0069, and P0470 codes

My sct told me that these codes were as followed: P0069-MAP Barometric pressure correlation, and P0470- Exhaust pressure sensor A circut. I know I have a small hole in the cac tube going to the intake elbow,(my metal cac tube is on backorder), so I'm loosing boost at that spot. Will this problem cause these codes, or do I have something else going on?

Oh yeah, I have the egr delete spool installed with the stock egr valve plugged in, with a 4" turbo back exhaust, and its a 2006.

I get these codes quite often, usually when my turbo sticks. My mechanic says ill need a new unison ring and a thorough cleaning of the turbo, but it doesnt necessarily hurt the truck. The truck has no boost and the exhaust tone deepens. I don't worry about it too much.

Have you ever experienced a situation of over boost instead of no boost?

Not to my knowledge. My max boost is around 32 psi so nothing to outrageous.

Sorry, I didn't mean actual over boost, but I have experienced a condition where instead of not building any boost, I will stay at like 30psi throughout the whole rpm range.

I've never had that. Mine usually just sticks off, which is kind of a sick feeling when you're pulling into traffic and it doesnt go very fast at all. A few hard romps on the loud pedal usually clears it up, but I'm no expert.

Any turbo farting/coughing? Put it under load or hard acceleration then let off accelerator and listen for a harsh whooshing sound.
