Blue spring

I just put a blue spring in my 06 f 350 it ran great smooth the next day it started to shake I put it in gear and gets worse drove home and stomped on it a couple of times ran great got home put it in park smooth no shacking I'm confused what happened why did it start shacking drove it then everything fine . Any answers

Maybe some air in the fuel system. I did mine yesterday and have had a increase in fuel economy of 2 MPG and much faster starts. My truck is a 04 with 148000.

From what I understand about the 6.0 fuel system the air will automatically purge. If it had a few air bubbles it may have " burped " a few times until it cleared. After I changed my fuel filters mine did this twice. No problems since.

I am guessing you have not tested to see what your fuel out put was before blue spring. So u cant tell us what it is now?
