Truck dies out at low idle. At speed RMP fluxuates 3 to 500 RPM?

Please help me diagnose my truck? It's an 06 F250 with just under 90K on the odometer. Every mechanic I go to claims to be a diesel specialist, but has no clue what is going on. Any help is appreciated.

If I am in a parking lot, I sometimes feel the truck "stuttering" like it wants to die out. Turn the wheel all the way or try to park and it dies out sometimes. Had a very hard time getting her to start again, like it wasn't getting any fuel. Then BAM it started and was hesitant for a little while.

When I am on the freeway, I can see the RPM gauge move 300 to 500 and I can almost feel it. Like a slight little stutter.

I know I have one bad injector.

Does this sound familiar to you? Wild guess? Any and all help is appreciated.

look at ur icp voltage.. might be the sensor and pigtail
