TURBO PROBLEM

my turbo cuts out every once in a while. i could be driving normal and the turbo will only boost pressure at higher rpm's. after a little stop and go traffic it kicks back in normally and is fine.

It is a fairly common problem on these turbos and you don't oil the splines. Check out this article on how to clean your turbo: FDDTS - Turbocharger Reconditioning
